Mehul Somaiya

Mehul is the Director at Austin Brothers® and qualified Chartered Accountant from Australia and India. He has been presented with various awards by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India and Australia.

Mehul is a Specialist in Tax and business services, and brings with him wealth of 25 years experience in Tax advice, tax effective business structuring and compliance. He has been the principal Director of a Chartered Accounting practice for over 15 years, providing tax effective solutions for his clients.He is also an academic at heart, and has also been a professor in taxation and management accounting for over 10 years, teaching at the graduate and post graduate programs.

Mehul is passionate about learning, travelling, reading and listening to Music in his free time.

Mahesh Arora

Mahesh is the Director, with over 23 years experience in fields of Management and Financial Accounting and tax planning for small to medium enterprises. He has worked with Ernst & Young, Siemens, Star Track Express and Unimin in the past. Mahesh has a reputation of thinking about clients’ interest above all others. His main involvement is in:

• Business Development
• Easy Books and Management reporting systems
• Advising on simplified but effective tax structures.

Travelling is his passion. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Nothing beats Friday evenings for him. Within work, he strives to work closely with clients and staff to ensure both achieve their objectives.

Hetal Chauhan

Hetal has completed Master of Professional Accounting and Graduate Diploma in Business. She has 10+ years of experience in Bookkeeping, Accounting and Taxation. She is hard working, quick learner and has an eye for detail. For past couple of years she has been working on individual and business clients for their GST and Income Tax matters. She is also a key member of our Mortgage Team, where she handles entire process starting from loan application processing till settlement.

She loves travelling and meeting new people. Her favourite activity is to have fun with her 2 year old kid.

Harsh Mehta

Harsh Mehta is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and commerce graduate from University of Delhi. He has more than 2 decades of local and international experience in Taxation, Finance & Accounting, international outsourcing Audits (External & Internal). He has handled assignments in these areas for more than 500 clients in Australia, India and United Arab Emirates which included multinationals, companies, partnership firms, SMSF and individuals.

Bhawna Khanna

Bhawna is a qualified CPA (Australia) and Chartered Accountant, with a commerce degree from Delhi University. She brings over 6 years of international experience in taxation, alongside 5 years of local expertise in finance, accounting, and insurance.

Megha Singh

Megha is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and accounting graduate and has 5 years of local and international experience in Taxation, Finance & Accounting, and international outsourcing.

Purnima Uniyal

Purnima is qualified as a CA (Inter) and accounting postgraduate and has 10 years of local and international experience in Morgage loans, Finance & Accounting, and international outsourcing.

Nidhi Bhatia

Nidhi is qualified as a CS (Inter) and accounting graduate and has 10 years of local and international experience in Finance & Accounting and international outsourcing.

Kapil Jain

Kapil is qualified as an accounting graduate and has 5 years of local and international experience in Taxation, Finance & Accounting, and international outsourcing.

Chetan
